The location off of the highway.

The noise level!!!! We could hear people talking in the rooms next to us, the tv's in the rooms next to us, and the hallway. the hallway was the worst!!! It carried sound from the front desk clear as day. (phone ringing, people checking in/out). The pillows were lumpy, and the tv was spotty. And have fun carrying your luggage up the stairs as they do not have an elevator.

I've been staying here every time I have to go to Richfield. Location is good and its off I-70. Walkable place to eat. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet.
