앨리스때보다 서비스 지수가 많이 하락함.. 데스크 자체도 외국인들만 있어서 요청사항을 재차확인.. 이전에는 객실에서 비품 요청하면 가져다 줬는데 1층가서 가져가라 함.. 그마저도 원하는 품목이 아님.. 한두번 이용한것도 아니라 욕조객실 생겨서 이용해봤는데 욕조사이 커텐에 곰팡이가.. 자주 이용했던곳이라 많이 아쉬움

Chambre très comfortable, emplacement dans le centre-ville de Jeju-si. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Location was near a busy street with restaurants and bars. Free (mechanical) car park at the hotel.

The given rooms did not rate 4 stars as the hotel claims to have. Room floors and wall were stained and in the badroom there was just an on off hot/cold watertap. The staff didn’t understand and speak English.

We needed to take an early flight, so the location of this hotel (10 min by taxi to the airport) was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel looked overall worn out, quite different from the shiny pictures on Booking. The doors make a loud beeping noise if you did not close them immediately (and even if you do sometimes), the airco was difficult to operate and left us in 25 degrees for half of the night, and the room smelt very musty when we arrived (luckily keeping the window open for a few hours solved most of it).
