Golden Residence

The owner of the property is a great man who genuinely takes care of the guests and everything. Room is super clean and airy and everything is new and quite luxurious. The breakfast is amazing , I felt very welcome 🙏 will be back most definitely. Thanks 🙂

Everthing was how we like experience for one night! All the apartament had what we nedded!

Nice, spacy room. very prompt response of the host. Tasty breakfast.

A lot of ants on the ground unfortunately. We even took then in our bags to the car.

Wonderful service at the Golden café

Very clean and spacious. We could have a football match in the bathroom! The breakfast was simply exceptional with freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly prepared omelette and toast, fresh fruit and to top it off, some pieces of pizza to take with us for the trip. A definite pin point in central Italy .

Nothing you complain about

Very clean, modern and spacious. The owner was very professional and accommodating.

Any would easily come into the kitchen from outside if food was on the floor. I was informed after booking there would be an additional charge of 20€ per night if I used the kitchen. This should be included in price or inform guest before booking.

Good air conditioning, clean property, secure parking.

Shower could have drained better.
