Very thoughtfully set up. They've made the most of the available space. Lots of little nice touches. .

Breakfast was very nice (though see comments below), particularly enjoyed the potato rosti at the boudica cafe the voucher was for Facilities at the property were good, essentials such as coffee, hot chocolate and porridge were provided (although could have done with better labelling - was that a bath bomb or a dishwasher tablet? If the former why as there was no bath? ) Location was good assuming that's where you want to be. Not far to the beach. Very easy to collect the keys and good communication from the host. Lots of games available to borrow which would be great for a rainy day. Very comfortable bed. Lighting etc was really pretty and atmospheric.

Breakfast wasn't really fully included - although it said on the breakfast voucher that the full English breakfast and vegetarian alternative didn't come with a drink, in actual fact the venue limited it to only £10 a head which in practice meant that not only did nothing come with a drink, we also had to make a contribution to the food. That said, it was very nice food. Sea view was not really a sea view. I mean technically you could see the sea if you really craned your neck and squinted but it wasn't really what I was expecting - highly obstructed. I don't really think it should be advertised like that. Found somebody cooking up crack literally on the doorstep on the second night. Was very awkward as we had to wait for him to finish what he was doing before we could go in. To be fair, not owner's fault and addict in question was very polite and apologetic so no harm done I guess? Perhaps more of a comment on the area than the property.
