Location and food was good some rooms in the property were good not at all ..smoke smell was obvious even though we requested for non smoking rooms rest ok

The staff has to be more professional and courteous..the logistics guys were not well trained to behave well with the customer

Polite, helpful staff. Very nice attached restaurant. Food was tasty. Staff was willing and able to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, no cheese, butter, cream, milk, ghee or paneer). Staff helped us with transportation.

Beds were not very comfortable. Water took too long to become hot. Dirty trash can in bathroom. Bad design for bathroom sink, so water collects around the edges. No hand towels. Other guests were noisy but staff was not taking care to ensure silence after 11pm.

Clean room, good food, polite staff, fast service
