Que tuviera ascensor( a veces se quedaba atascado) y que tuviera calefacción por slipt, la decoración estaba bien, mucha luz y acogedor.

Mala comunicacion con anfitrión, y ya que exigen tanto y tienen poca empatía ante situaciones impredecibles, contestaban al messenger booking tarde, dos veces que llame no me atendieron . Los clientes tb exigimos y más por el precio que pague. No había una cama hecha la de la litera de arriba, me trajeron sábanas y ya si eso que la haga yo. Piso ruidoso, insonorización por mucho que digan que las ventanas son tal… no son con rotura, hay ruido por la noche, se escucha a la gente hablar, los coches que pasan a toda leche ya bien temprano, no estaba muy limpio, zona de madera, por encima de los armarios, cucarachas en el baño, bolsa de basura en el balcón ( que lo comunique) lavavajillas no funcionaba

Piso moderno, amplio, luminoso, con todo lo que necesites. Buena ubicación

The property was on the 4th floor, it was spacious: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, dining space, kitchenette and small balcony. Rituals shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided with one bit and one small towel per person. The kitchen is well equipped. Many small restaurants around it and grocery shops. 15 min walk from Chiado, 3 min walk from TimeOut Lisboa and pink street, so it’s very well located however far the busy and loud streets of Lisbon. The building has an elevator.

These were not deal breakers however for the sake of improving the property and management I will mention a few points: - there’s a sewage smell coming from the bathrooms - the bedroom doors scrape the floor so it’s hard and very noisy to open and close the doors which is not ideal if you’re not alone - the bathroom in the larger bedroom is very small but manageable, the sink needs to be glued on the floor and the water pressure in the sink is very weak unlike the pressure in the shower - the shutters let the light in, if this bothers you bring an eye mask - beddings are not very comfortable specially the pillows but they’re ok. Pillows need to be upgraded - i was in Lisbon 2 weeks ago and service was impeccable, i had the person managing the property on whatsapp who got in touch with me before during and after my stay. Extremely helpful, always checking if I was comfortable and helped a lot with touristic tips and advice. In this property the interaction was cold, communication was limited and through Booking.com and response time to one of my messages took 2 days. This is definitely something that can be improved

Good location and spacious and easy access. Overall, pretty clean but there were some things that felt like they didn’t throughly clean it. On the balcony was a bag of trash and a dirty plate.

The bathroom tile was very dirty looking. The tile needs a deep clean or replaced because in the pictures it looks brand new. They did not have enough towels. They had 4 very small towels for 4 people that were staying 3 nights.

very easy to get in and out of the property. the elevator was so convenient as well. the place itself was lovely, the furniture was comfortable. the location was nice because it was a short walk away from central lisbon.

if you left the windows open, the noise level could be an issue but not really a problem for us

Great apartment, super clean and safe.

The communication with the property manager. I asked if there was possibility of a late checkout three times and had zero response. While they answered all other queries - they did not bother with this request. A simple “sorry, we cannot help you” would have alleviated the bad taste this left me with.
