Hotel The Jeevens

I checked in to this hotel yesterday for what was supposed to be a 4 night stay but turned out to be a very brief one! I don’t expect 5 star luxury when visiting Pakistan but I do expect reasonably clean rooms, towels and bedding - none of which were provided in my so called suite. The towels were stained, bedding grubby and dust everywhere oh and due to a lack of keys you have to get the receptionist to open your room each time you want to enter your room, utterly ridiculous. To cap it all, When I returned to my room after work I found the bedroom door wide open!! I was told the room was been serviced but as there was no one around I didn’t believe this for one minute. That was the final straw, the place is a joke! Do not even think about staying here.

Never had good experience with this hotel. Room was uncleaned , grimy dirty bed sheets and furniture , hotel staff is okay , noisy rooms , no window in room & mosquitoes in rooms. Low standard food ..

Came to this beautiful city to attend the wedding. Had to stay overnight in this beautiful hotel. Since I have hospitality back ground, I am always keen to experience the hotel stay closely. The staff is very professional including Check in and check out staff. Rooms are very nice but little smell which needs to be ratified with refurbishment etc

I have stayed in this hotel on 12 Dec 2016 to 13 Dec 2016.very neat and clean. Reception staff is very courteous.restaurant is also very presentable.rooms are clean and well maintained. With all basic nassecitues like lcd wifi clean washroom and good room service.gym and pool is under construction. Just faced one issue of one lift not working. Over all a recommended place to stay with ur family in sialkot.

I had stayed about a week this Jan 2016. Overall the place was good. As far as the room is concerned, they have a very clean cozy bed. Loved the food for the taste and the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning for a short solo business stay.
