"Great place to Stay"

The room was great and a huge king-size bed. Location was right next to the beach. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel staff very friendly.

Mainly lovely. Very nice property, great location right near beach, lovely room, good supply of tea and coffee, good breakfast with fresh fruit - always the key test of a breakfast for me ( ;

"Relaxing and peaceful stay."

Near to beach, rooms very comfortable with some nice touches. Breakfast freshly cooked and very nice.

Location for beach was very nice, but if you wanted to walk into Falmouth centre it was more than a 10min walk as stated and the walk back was uphill. If you’re not good at walking I feel this should have been mentioned somewhere.

"Excellent stay, would definitely stay again."

Good value Bed and Breakfast close to the sea front. Excellent breakfast. comfortable clean room, wonderful helpful staff.

We would have benefited from an earlier breakfast as we were in Falmouth for work, but we did not ask if this was an option.
