Die Lage und der Parkplatz vor dem Haus - die ausgestatteten Küche zur Benutzung

Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht und am 2. Abend ging die Spülung vom WC kaputt - das kann passieren -,der Ansprechpartner kam - konnte das WC nicht reparieren > wir durften /mussten das WC in der Abstellkammer neben der Küche benutzen (da ging das Licht nicht). Uns wurde für die Unannehmlichkeiten eine Erstattung der 2. Nacht versprochen - bis jetzt haben wir noch keine Erstattung erhalten und auch noch keine entsprechende Info erhalten.
