"Relaxing and peaceful accommodation close to the centre of Ayr town centre."

Great location close to the centre of Ayr and the beach, but quiet and restful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the other faciliities were also first rate. The kitchen and dining room is shared between guests in the three rooms, but was always clean and available during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again when in Ayr.

The building and content were lovely. The owner was very helpful.

The shower head tubing had black grime according to my partner, a missing set of towels on arrival either.
