Pennswoods Inn

This was the worst experience in my life the most disgusting place the I ever been, dirty, 1 light the you have to step in side to turn the lamp, bathroom window no lock very unsafe toile so dirty no toilet paper 1 big towel for 2 adults and 3 little towels, spider and bugs crawling all over the place, Ac looks like was never clean, and when you go to front desk were other people complaining to, so never ever visit this place again

Absolutely disgusting didn't even stay 10 minutes. Found another hotel to stay at. Cigarette burns covered the carpet, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, bathroom had mildew all around the vanity and shower. Don't waste the money very dirty

Worse place I ever stayed. I booked two nights the room which I stayed in was 43 and it had no hot water or electrical outlet plugs that worked I was unable to charge my phone, there was a microwave and small refrig that didn’t work because the outlets didn’t work on top of that the tv didn’t work, no electrical power, the next day I went to the office and spoke to the staff stating we were not staying the next day due to the condition of the room plus no hot water, they said that they can refund me my money for that one night I booked and stayed here April 19th, it’s now June they never refunded me as many times as I called booking and booking reached out to them them saying that they sent us a check was a big lie…. Horrible that they do that to guest…

The location and the staff

Everything else, we actually didn’t stay. We left because of no ac and mole/disgusting restroom. No refund… it’s not acceptable. We will never go back.
