A személyzet. Mikor jeleztem, hogy borzasztó büdösség van a szobában, azonnal, készségesen kicserélték. Minden egyéb kérésemre készségesen válaszoltak, amiről tájékozódtam, arra mindenre udvariasan válaszoltak, jó tanácsokkal is elláttak.

Az ablakok maszatosak voltak. A szőnyeg foltos volt. Nagyon rideg a szobák kinézete. Az uralkodó szürke szín is rendkívül nyomasztó, lehangoló. Nem volt hajszárító. Az ablakokat nem lehetett kinyitni. Még egy rendes fényképet sem készíthettem a környékről a szobából emiatt, és szellőztetni se lehetett rendesen. A folyosón is nehéz, rossz, átható szag terjeng.
