The place was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent especifaly if you are attending something at HUNTINGTON North HS right across the street.

Was in town so easy to get to places

Walked in around 350 pm room wasn’t done front desk told me wait 20 mins for it to be done i sat in my car over a hour until room was completed. Wouldn’t refund any money back. Asked for a late check out front desk girl was very rude acted like we couldn’t even speak to Kyle the so called supervisor said she would check almost 2 hrs later I called down there and she was crappy on the phone and wouldn’t even honor a late check out even tho I was willing to pay extra. Front desk staff are not friendly. Found a shitty rag in the drawer told staff they didn’t seem to care I won’t be staying here ever again if ur in the area look for another hotel to stay in!!! Waste of money wasn’t worth what I paid and again room wasn’t cleaned until after 5 pm I had to wait in a car with my 3 month old I’m not happy!!!!

They actually read my requests!! My husband uses a walker and requested ground level. They even put us close to the front.

Clean and quiet

They were patient in helping me with changing my room and extending my stay one more evening. It was a good hotel for the cost and being able to walk to a place to eat was convenient. The location was quiet. I was happy with the service and the hotel

Stay there yearly for an event. Always excellent ratings before, but a/c not working right and bath fan either, so room stayed sticky all night.

Erin was very nice and made us feel at home. She allowed us to check in a little early because a room was available. And another hotel employee helped us with directions to see granddaughter play softball.
