We were not happy that my friends were put in three star hotel although we had paid for a 4 star hotel. We were not happy that the location was changed. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

"Prima hotel op gezellige locatie"

Prima locatie aan verkeersvrij pleintje. Niet met de auto te bereiken. Privé parkeerplaats op enkele minuten lopen. Wel veel gedruis van waterval op de kamer te horen.( met raam toe ok) Ontbijt was in ander hotel omdat er weinig bezetting was, op 5 min wandelen. Heel verzorgd en uitgebreid ( betalend 16 euro p.p.)

2 kamers geboekt en in 1 badkamer continu putjesgeur. Werd naar gekeken maar geur kwam terug

"Saarburg und auch die Zunftstube ist immer wieder eine Reise wert."

Wir waren im Hotel Saar Galerie untergebracht. Die Lage ist optimal. Es steht eine geräumige Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Die Altstadt von Saarburg ist in knapp 500m fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück hat alles geboten was wir gebraucht haben. Ganz besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit von Familie Russo ihren Gästen gegenüber hervor heben, sowie das vorzügliche Essen!

Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen, müsste man sich ein Konzept einfallen lassen, wie man Nachts die Hotelflure etwas belüftet bekommt. Geöffnete Fenster (da wo welche sind) wären schon hilfreich. Diese Kritik betrifft ausdrücklich nicht die Zimmer!
