Yellowstone Westgate Hotel

I made a mistake on dates and they worked with me. Pool and hot tub was extremely clean. As well the room was clean.

we liked that the reservation comes with a free breakfast however sometimes it was hard to find a seat because they accommodate large groups traveling by bus. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice. The location is perfect, very close to the entrance to the west gate of Yellowstone NP.

The staff and accommodations are outstanding

Very helpful, friendly staff. At check-in I was given a whole bunch of dining options with personal recommendations. My room was very clean and surprisingly quiet even though I was right next to the vending area and the elevator.

Nice hotel! Excellent breakfast!

Requested 2 double bed, got 3 bedroom, was upset at check in, staff commented not liking the state we were from. Asked why I checked 3 bedroom, when I did not. Customer service , empathy very much lacking.

The staff is friendly and responsive for any and every query. The breakfast spread was delicious. The room we stayed in was huge! It was big enough for a family of 4 for a few nights stay. The entry to the national park is only a mile away so that's a bonus.
