"Horrible. Didn't last longer than five minutes"

Nothing at all. They told me they would refund me after I was checked in for five minutes and found bed bugs and blood stains on the mattress.

They have been giving me the run around literally all weekend on getting the money back to me. I've reached out to the property multiple times
