Location, comfortable place to rest

Older building, numerous cosmetic issues due to age, windows, etc. no elevator if staying on the second floor and for elderly visitors. Night receptionist was polite and helpful. Daytime receptionist wasn’t friendly at all and presented the appearance and interaction as if she hated her job, uncomfortable to be in her presence. Left in a hurry. Continental breakfast was not good, coffee was horrible. If nothing else visitors have an expectation of good coffee, undrinkable!

Convenient.

The bathroom. It needs completely remodeled. The toilet had an open pipe coming out from wall with rust and water on the floor. The bathtub had a cheap plastic cover over it and you can see mold trying to pop thru. Other than the bathroom everything was fine. Nice and friendly staff
