The lock was broken to my door.

It was quiet and clean. And their staff wore very nice and helpful.

I wish I was told that they were making renovations, but it was still excellent service and excellent location.

Location

Cleanliness, breakfast, elevator, stairs ( only external stairs with short threads, old shower heads and bathroom fans.

Again I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel it was clean as a whistle I was on the first floor in a king bedroom room and the facilities look like they were brand new there were no bugs and not only that the beds were extremely comfortable. When you have been traveling for 12 hours straight on a flight to be able to get into a nice comfortable bed is extremely important.

There is only one incident that I can think of is the fact that they closed down the breakfast buffet a little bit earlier so much so that I heard you know some people speaking about it and looking but other than that I think it was just because the person that was doing the cooking for that day was tired

Proximity to our needs and many things is convenient plus it’s a great layout of a property. The pillows and beds are very comfortable and breakfast wasn’t to bad

The hotel members were not very knowledgeable, friendly or helpful with any regards to situations that happened

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel I was on the first level which it was quiet and the bathroom the bedroom for it to be a facility that host pets it was clean as a whistle and that is very important. Also the beds were extremely comfortable the room that I had that bed was very very comfortable and I was grateful for that after you've been on a flight for almost 12 hours straight to be able to get into a nice comfortable bed is very important.

There's some times where they close down the breakfast buffet a little bit earlier than the scheduled time frame but I think it was because the person that was working the breakfast buffet was just tired.
