Nice quiet comfortable room, king suite.

The hot tub was shut down due to health incident the day before. We booked the hotel with the hot tub in mind. We were disappointed as where several other guests, but we unstood the situation.

Clara at the front desk is a sweetheart. We are going back this month. Can’t wait. We will definitely return in the next month

We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay, which was intended to be a special two-day celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator closet to our room servicing the 5th floor was out of order, requiring us to walk a significant distance across the building to access another elevator. Additionally, we learned that the hotel restaurant was closed—information that was not disclosed during the booking process. Had these issues been communicated in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. When we asked about nearby dining or nightlife options, we were informed there was only one local establishment within walking distance. These circumstances significantly detracted from what should have been a memorable experience. My husband, a Hilton Diamond member, was especially disappointed by the lack of communication and amenities. The hotel was noticeably quiet, which now makes sense given the limited services available. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property to others seeking a full-service stay.

Fantastic location and staff were helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay here again when visiting Asheville, specifically Biltmore Estate.

The only drawback was that they were working on one of the elevators during our stay, so we had to use the elevator that was on the complete other side of the building. This was not a real problem as once we checked in with our luggage: we used the stairwell that was right next to our room.
