"Very Good"

We liked the room and bed was very comfortable. The room was lovely and clean. Staff at reception were very nice.We had a meal at the restaurant at the hotel which was fair, and saved us having to go out after a busy day.

We didn't like the fact there was a lot of noise up until almost midnight. Not sure if it was comjng from the diners below. Also when the room next to us turned on water? or something it made a noise like a chainsaw.

"Two hour delay in getting room keys and not enough parking for the staying guests"

The location was fantastic. That’s about it.

We had booked 4 rooms and only one room was ready at check in time. Had to wait more than two hours in the lobby after check in time to get the other three rooms. Had requested house keeping for one of the rooms and no one turned up. The cleaning staff confirmed that the room number never made it to their cleaning schedule. The free onsite parking is misleading. On two of the nights the parking was full at 6pm. Had to park on the street.

"Exceptional"

Room was surprisingly big and great for a family of four. The location is at Melbourne St which is very convenient with the cafes, restaurants and close proximity to the city.
