Die Lage war für mich wichtig

Im DG mit Süd-West-Ausrichtung hat die Sonne das Zimmer in eine Sauna verwandelt, die Klimaanlage war defekt. Wird Anfang Mai erst repariert erzählt der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Dieser wollte mir auch die Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage ermöglichen, ein Ticket dafür gibt es nicht. Unten standen mittlerweile 3 Fahrzeuge, ein Anruf bei der Rezeption blieb erfolglos. Ich bin tatsächlich zurück und dieser Mitarbeiter kam , um das Tor manuell zu öffnen. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr einfach. Ich musste vorab Daten für die Rechnung hinterlassen, diese waren im System nicht mehr vorhanden, Visitenkarte habe ich übergeben, Rechnung habe ich immer noch nicht. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.
