great location, nice large rooms, very friendly staff - stayed here twice while in Portugal for work and will definitely stay again :-)

Hotel bem localizado, embora ao lado da linha do comboio, o que causa um pouco de barulho. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Excelente pequeno almoço. Poderia melhorar o quesito "frutas". Não possui nenhum acessório no quarto como micro ondas, por exemplo. Possui restaurante, mas em duas noites do período em que lá estivemos, não abriu (dias 14 e 15/10).

No geral o hotel é bom mas teve uma falha que considero grave. Na manhã do penúltimo dia de estadia realizou-se uma maratona que cortou o trânsito automóvel na única via de acesso ao hotel. Essa maratona foi programada com muitos meses de antecedência tendo o hotel conhecimento que nessa data os hóspedes ficariam retidos( impedidos de se deslocar de carro entre as 8 e as 14 horas) mas só o comunicaram na véspera. Esta situação foi muito desagradável para quem tinha compromissos dentro do horário de fecho do trânsito. A direcção-geral do hotel tinha obrigação de avisar os hóspedes quando fizeram a reserva ou negociar com a polícia e organização da prova uma forma das pessoas poderem sair. Para nós foi muito mau pois tivemos um baptizado às 12h e acabámos por ir a pé uma vez que não existia alternativa. Também vi pessoas que tiveram de ir para o aeroporto de manhã e viram-se obrigadas a afastar (cerca de 1 km) o carro do hotel antes das 8h para mais tarde arrastarem as malas até lá. Considero que toda esta situação se deve a uma falha da direcção-geral do hotel.

Our stay at your hotel was a perfect way to end our Portugal vacation. It gave us the opportunity to relax one more night by the ocean and get to the airport easily in the morning. Special thanks to Miles at the front desk!!!

Absolutamente espectacular, um pequeno “oásis” na maravilhosa marginal da Costa do Sol!

Emplacement exceptionnel pour la vue....mais aussi pour le bruit de la 2x2 voies qui longe la mer au pied de l'hotel et où circule un.flux ininterrompu de véhicules nuit et jour....impossible de dormir malgré les doubles fenêtres et les.bouchons d'oreilles...c'est dire!

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff were fine and the beach is close but the dinner (which we only had once) was unbelievably awful - they have never heard of vegetarians and after waiting an hour we got pasta with plain sieved tinned tomatoes on it, no vegetables, herbs, seasoning etc. The other meals, which were meat, also took an hour and were inedible. The poor waiter seemed overworked and frazzled and was doing the whole dining room alone. The continental breakfast the next day was fine though. Odd that dinner was so bad as everything else is really nice. It is quite dated decor etc but clean and comfy and our rooms were big. They have a mini fridge and kitchen cupboards but no sink or cooker so it's a slightly odd set up. There is a supermarket in the village 10m away. The pool is lovely, clean and with a shallow ledge for kids. The hotel is right next to a main road. If you are not driving then the pavement into the village (right) and to the beach (left) are terrifyingly narrow along a dual carriageway road with no railing but if you cross over the road ( there is a green man crossing just outside hotel to the left and opposite the village 10m away on the right) the pavement is wider. Lovely having a beach so close and Cascais station is a ten minute walk. Parents with young children and no car will probably just worry about the road all the time though as there are no railings and they are driving at 60 along there.

Es cierto que coincidimos con una ola calor histórica, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, al margen de la temperatura exterior
