Hotel staff very helpful & quite pleasant to deal with very disappointed with air conditioning Also disappointed with the fact if items ran out at breakfast there was no more despite being within the time

highly recommend this hotel , friendly and helpful staff, clean , tidy , well run , quiet rooms lovely breakfast . There is easy access to local area . There is a busy road to cross to get to the beach , the only downside

Prachtig uitzicht heerlijk ontbijt en erg vriendelijk personeel

Very charming lay out with a lot of greenery. Dining and breakfast areas and menu were compelling to stay in. A 5 minute walk to sandy beaches with the water much warmer than the Algarve, due to "the current" according to the locals. We will book again.

everybody was extremely helpful. All the time went out of their way to help us and give directions and always with a smile.

Friendly and attentive staff in a quiet hotel with good access to the beach and the small town of Paço de Arcos. Very clean with a nice breakfast

Het hotel was voor ons netjes en de service was goed. De kamers zijn lekker ruim en we vonden het heerlijk om op het zonneterras te liggen. Het enige minpunt van dit hotel is dat de gehele inboedel wat gedateerd is, hoewel dat ook een bepaalde charme geeft

Can only give he hightest praise for this hotel. The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large and beds extremely comfortable we also had a separate living area which was large and comfortable. The rooms looked out over the ocean. The breakfast options were excellent and the food in the restaurant for dinner likewise. It was about a 10 min walk to the Train Station with easy access to downtown Lisbon or 3 stops into Belem where the Hop on Hop Off Buses can be accessed.

The friendliness of the staff was perfect. The location excellent and beautiful rooms. We had an incredible stay! A visit to Sintra and Lissabon centre is easy.
