Days Inn by Wyndham Cincinnati East

The room was dirty. There was hair all over in the tub. The bathroom walls, sink area walls, and toilet had mold. There were ants in the room. The floor was falling apart and dangerous. You had to slam the door very hard just to get it to latch. The bathroom doorknob didn’t work. You could see outside under the door. Great place if you just need a bed to crash in but that’s about it.

Breakfast was basically non existent

I liked that the room had a modern or updated look and feel. I liked that the staff were genuine, authentic and human well still following their guidelines mandated by ownership and corporate policy.

As I mentioned in the other reviews that the system has asked for, there were several trails of ants that thankfully I had some spray to help stop, but it just shows that all a room can look clean sometimes it’s very much not. And the time has passed, so I understand there isn’t too much perhaps I can do but my vehicle was damaged by another vehicle and pretty significantly I might add I didn’t notice because it was on the other side of the vehicle. But it was pretty unfortunate that that occurred I am handicapped and while I could’ve asked for possibly a lower level room, I preferred the second floor for possible security. The problem is that your elevator was broken, so it was a lot of work to move luggage and gear up and down the stairs. Lastly refrigerator that was in the room never really got that cold so it probably prevented some food from going bad for a beverage to be slightly cool, it certainly was not a cold refrigerator.

Waited several minutes at front desk before anyone showed up for check in. Staff member was very courteous when he arrived though. Sheets on bed were dirty/stained. Staff did get us a new set.

Located by lots of food option

The hotel is located right next to the highway so you can hear everything. What made it worse was that our room had no weather strip on the door so it made the noise worse while also allowing a lot of light into the room. Also when we shut the door it was loose and made it almost seem like it didn’t want to lock all the way.

Although the room was clean, the air conditioning didn't take humidity out so everything was damp. Complimentary breakfast was non existent. ONLY coffee, tea juice and some sickening muffins

Decent budget hotel. No frills. You get what you pay for and we just needed a room for a night. I275 is 2 red lights away so a quick on and off stop along the way of a long road trip.
