Staff terrible attitude not helpful at all night and morning shift the same attitude I tried to pay with a different card they didn't let me , this is ridiculous they didn't let me pay the deposit which went from 50 dlls with card up to 200 dlls if you pay cash I was tired just wanted to rest and had to go back outside looking for an ATM drive again for a about 10 minutes to be able to get cash just cause she didn't let me pay with my wife's debit card plus her stupid attitude like if you like it good if not go look for another hotel first and last time I stay in this hotel this was on April Friday the 17. I went to rest and ended up feeling more stressed out than how I was totally terrible staff members oh one more detail that lady on the night shift actually ignored me and left me talking trying to find another solution to make the payment and she went to help someone else ignoring me and making me feel like I was nothing in the front desk just don't remember her name but the worst experience ever
