We stayed at the Huntington for two nights in January 2020. We are a family of five with three children ages 9, 7 and 5. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The suite was a very nice size for the five of us with a separate living space from the bedroom. The beds were double beds so I would get a roll away if we stayed here in the future. While there is a couch in the living space it is not comfortable for sleeping. Our disappointment in the hotel was that the pool is located in the Nob Hill Spa and only available for persons 16 years or older. This was not clear on the hotel’s website or the Expedia site. The hotel is within walking distance or cable car distance to Union Square. We took an Uber to Fisherman’s Wharf. I believe there is a town car service available at the hotel but we didn’t look into it.

The suite was amazing. We got there at 4:30 and were told it wasn’t ready. But within 5 minutes it was available. My granddaughter left her purse in the lobby. It was found by an employee and turned in to lost and found. Just loved our stay and everything about it.

We love staying at the Huntington. Have done so several times over recent years when we visit SF-it's our favorite. Love the Big Four! Don't ever change it! Great staff and great location! We have stayed when the hotel was under original family ownership and loved the traditional, classic flavor-hope it returns to that style one day rather than the more trendy decor.
