"No respect for visitors"

The man that checked me in I found to be very unfriendly, and after driving the distance we did it sure would not have hurt to meet up with a friendly face, but no such luck here. I believe we should have been treated with respect, instead it was a very unfriendly place. The bedding in the room was filled with cigarette burn holes in it, we asked for a smoke free room instead we got one with disgusting sheets and blankets, but at least the smell was not too bad.

On the booking it says complimentary breakfast but when i arrived the staff at the front desk said there wasn’t any and there was only coffee

"Overall, the room was a good value for the money. I would definitely recommend."

The bed was kind of hard and the door lock took a few tries before it unlocked.
