Clean room, nice staff.

Called it a “resort” but it is a garish, loud casino with a hotel inside. Had to walk through the cigarette-smelling, noisy onslaught of the casino to get in or out of hotel registration, elevators, parking. Also, although there were EV chargers in the parking lot, most of the adjacent spaces were taken up by car owners that were not using them.

Had problems with tv. Spent 3 hrs with them trying to figure it out and then they finally moved us. Lady at desk was real rude to my husband. Spent almost 200.00 for one night and we got in late.

Room was immaculate!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of gaming opportunities. Buffet was excellent.

Only complaint was the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

I i liked everything except the fact that the hundred dollar deposit is still not back on my account.And it's been twenty eight days, every other casino.I stayed at my deposit came right back onto my account.And I think that's b*******

I will say this again. You guys kept my deposit for 28 days now. And that's b*******. I should get my money back when I leave. And you guys check the room every other casino, my deposits back within a week.Get your s*** together.All right staying there no more
