Básic .. not real eggs?

Insects cucharacas and a mouse seen in the room. One staff member barley spoke English..very dated and not clean

Basic but good breakfast. Courteous staff. Seemed to have everything needed, for instance I needed a wheelchair and was provided with one. Thank you.

I tried to extend my stay with one more day and talked with the front desk about that. I was hoping to get the online, less expensive rate. The receptionist referred me to the manager coming the next day. However, the manager also could not do that. That may be a corporate issue, not this particular location.

I liked the location and the price was cheap. But you get what you pay for I guess

The room smelled bad. The breakfast was terrible. But the worse part, I still haven’t got my deposit back. I’ve called 3 times and each time they say it takes a while since you used a debit card. It’s been over 3 weeks now. Now they are saying “call back when the manager is here” and “wait another 3 days”. First they said 8-10 days. Then I call 3 weeks later they say 3 more days. I still haven’t got my deposit back

It was close to the hospital I was going to have surgery at

We found a live bed bug in our bed. My husband took it to the front desk and he said that they had kids in there a couple weeks ago that had them. He said they had someone come take care of it. He never apologized he just gave us a different room.

Check in was easy

Well Biscuits that are not crunchy. Bathroom door that will open easily and not drag on the floor. A sink and toilet that drain properly.
