Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Staff and breakfast good, rooms were uncomfortable and smelly. Can't open windows so no fresh air, corridors are the same. Overpriced for quality of hotel

Lovely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast in comfortable restaurant area. Room was a bit too warm and temperature not easy to adjust. I recommend the hotel.

Great clean hotel staff was helpful and professional its convenient to coventry town centre... Only one slip up was being told at 10am to leave room booking showed 11am

"Welcoming staff and spacious rooms"

Really enjoyed our stay, we were in Coventry for the ice hockey finals and this hotel was in the perfect location for the Skydome Arena. The staff were wonderful and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless. We had a superior room so had plenty of room to spread out with a couch, coffee table, desk and dressing table. The room was a bit chilly but a heater was supplied which did the job. My only minor problem was there were no sockets or USB ports beside the bed to charge my phone overnight. Overall I was really pleased and will definitely stay here again.
