"Really gross, cold and damp. I felt like everything was dirty"

Staff tried to help Not exactly a happy or feel good place

The carpet was damp in both my rooms The fist roim faced the highway and was so loud i coukdnt sleep from 3-5:30am when i called tge desk and my room was moved- much quiter but the carpet in the hallway was filthy and smelled like…poverty,homelessness I never knew Hilton hotels could be do gross! Sorry i stayed there. Way too expensive to boot. Was this hotel used as a homeless shelter?

Carpet, walls blinds over feel was damp and not clean or fresh feeling.
