The room seemed clean but the night stands had dust all over and long hair from other customers

Все супер, но отель старенький. Ручки дверные отпадают в номере с видом на город, краны очень ветхие и текут! Если не обращать внимание на эти нюансы! Персонал супер плюс!

There was ZERO hot water in the bathroom. I had an ice shower!!!!

My first impression of this hotel was really nice. Till o had an issue and the hotel staff LIED and refused to assist me. It was on Feb 22 2026 the room 1802 was trowing a party with loud music and many people in at it was going on after 11pm. I first called the front desk, twice, and they said security personal went there. But nothing changed. I then went in person to the front desk, the security guy said that I could go back to the room that he would check right after me. Liar. I waited with my door open and he NEVER showed up to check in person on the people causing disturbance at this late of night. I am disgusted by the lies and lack of accountability from the personnel from this hotel!

Absolute lack of closet space for jumpers etc by the entrance. We chose the hotel for its pool but it was closed. The breakfast vouchers were hardly enough to cover the costs of the breakfast. No decent duvets (as per US), uncomfortable sofa bed, microwave at the FLOOR level. The water we were given was in plastic bottles (!).
