Duness resturant is good with excellent food. They had variety food to provide for to cater for different tastes. I got good services from the staff more particularly from michelle and hilde. I highly recommend them for their wonderful services and customer care

We stayed before and after our safari to Etosha National Park at the Avani Windhoek. The very central location of the hotel, the friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of rooms and the whole hotel impressed us. We would like to make particular mention of Ziggo-lee, who worked with so much dedication, experience and kindness at the breakfast room that he made us feel overwhelmingly welcomed and valued. We use to travel a lot, but this level of personal commitment we do not find very often.

Had a wonderful stay at Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino! The terrace with its beautiful city view was absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and a special thanks to the waiter Lozardo for the excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

My experience started when I made a booking and wanted to amend the booking afterwards, Mr Ziggo Lee was amazing, so polite and so friendly. He assist me so well. When we arrived at the Dunes restaurant we were promptly assisted with our seating by Nancy, Ziggo and Fransisca. Riri was great with her service, quick and efficient. Let me know forget the chefs, namely chef Kondja, she really has a personal touch, makes sure that everyone is good and enjoying the food. Chef Sighal, quick assistance at the desert station. And lastly thanks to Layla for assisting with making the reservation at Dunes. Great food, good people, and outstanding service from each individual. The Dunes Buffet Restaurant is really like no other.
