We had a great stay, Great place to stay if you want to be close to Toyota music Center

Staff was friendly. Apartment was spacious, for a long stay this would have been useful.

Door lock broke and had trouble getting into the room in the night, looong walk back and forth to the room. Check in took 30 min since they didnt have a contactless reader and I didn't have a physical credit card and they couldnt use the one on file. Wifi had trouble and tv connection.

Great place

The stay overall was not of high quality. Our TV was broken (would not turn on / start) for 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed here, and no service technician was sent to take a look at this. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Additionally, the body wash in our bathroom was nearly empty, and it was not replaced by room service. Our stay was lacking in certain areas that we were looking for comfort in. However, service during breakfast and overall front desk courtesy were appreciated.

Ms. Breanna C. was very nice and sweet. The property was very outdated to my liking, but her customer service was excellent.

I stayed in the loft room for one month for an office trip. The stay was pleasant and peaceful. There is BoFA branch next to the hotel and few Indian restaurants at the walking distance. The staff was courteous and polite. Only concerns was the bad quality of breakfast options which lack taste, I stopped having breakfast other than coffee after few days. Also, I didn't feel safe while walking near the hotel at night.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was accessible and abundant. Towels and sheets were clean. Room was nice and tidy. They were cobwebs behind the bathroom door and we did catch and kill one cockroach, but this is the south so I don’t know they can be avoided.

I had a great at this hotel. I love how it has its own private entrance as it you’re at an apt. Love the set up in the room as well. My only complaint is housekeeping needs to vacuum under the couch. There were some fake nails under there.

Black lady at the front desk very rude and insulting..i will never go back to this hotel..
