Host was very friendly and hospitable. They recommended some tours, food and helped to arrange for transport. There was an elevator for guests to go up to their rooms instead of taking the stairs.

The bed was sooo comfy! Beautiful room, lots of natural light, spacious, good view from the balcony. There's an elevator. The staff is so friendly and nice. The breakfast was delicious. Really good location. Overall really good, would definitely come back :)

The free bicycle was a little too old and rusty haha but that's literally my only con; everything was nice!

10/10 for all services. The hotel was walking distance from main attractions, the room itself was clean just as shown in the picture. The staff were extremely friendly. They helped us to book lantern boats, taxi back to airport. They were also happy to help us with anything else. Highly recommended!
