Excellent location and Reception Large room and clean

Great value for the price. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should — hot water, good Wi-Fi, quiet AC. Check-in was quick and the staff were genuinely helpful — they organized tours for us at good prices and arranged private transportation that was noticeably cheaper than Grab or regular taxis. That alone saved us a lot of hassle. The location was convenient with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Cảm ơn khách sạn đã hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm, anh chị lễ tân và lái xe đã giúp đỡ nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Đặt phòng gia đình rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, phòng tắm bồn nên trẻ con rất thích. Vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện ra phố cổ.

Cảm nhận phòng tương đối tối vì chỉ có 1 góc cửa sổ nhỏ, có cửa kính lớn nhìn ra cầu thang thì thường đóng vào để giữ sự riêng tư. Phòng không có cách âm tốt lắm, buổi tối vẫn nghe thấy tiếng ồn vì phòng mình nằm ngay dưới sảnh. Thang máy khá bé, lúc trả phòng thì đang bảo trì.

The property is in a fantastic location, and the staff are amazing. The hotel is clean and modern, and our room was spotless. The breakfasts were tasty and served piping hot every morning. We didn’t catch her name, but the lady who works on the desk during the day is one of the kindest people we have ever met. She made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. We were given a free room upgrade on the day of our check in as we think the staff could tell how exhausted we were after our sleeper bus the night before. I would not hesitate to stay back here and would highly recommend it to anyone wanted to visit hoi an! Amazing hotel & people!

The friendliness of the staff, the location and the facility were wonderful. The driver was a highlight of our stay in danang. There is even an elevator for anyone needing it. The small size of the hotel made it feel homey.

We were satisfied with everything

We had a lovely time in Square Villa Hoi An. The staff were friendly and very helpful- they kindly organised our taxi to the airport for our departure and offered lots of tours and experiences you could book. Breakfast was cooked fresh to your order (you made your choices the day before). We were upgraded to the larger room and it was well decorated and looked just like the photos. There were a couple of patches of damp in the bathroom, but these did not affect our stay or bother us.

Mình book phòng 2 giường đôi ở được 4 người lớn, giường rất rộng rãi. Phòng ngủ xinh xắn, tinh tế, có bồn tắm, sofa, ghế ngồi thay đồ, có cả máy hút ẩm trong phòng luôn nên nếu tiện giặt đồ có thể sấy quần áo 😂. Tủ quần áo có gương dài có thể soi khi mặc đồ Villa cũng gần phố cổ nên có thể đi bộ thoải mái

Gương hơi tối nên khó soi nếu make up, phòng mình book bên trong k có cửa sổ nhưng có khoảng giếng trời
