Good and not very expensive hotel in Salzburg.

Extremely nice staff, exceptional behaviour, excellent location

Modern clean friendly staff

Parking was very expensive and offsite about a ten minute walk which was not ideal since it sprinkled most of the time we were there

The hotel is very well placed in the newer part of Salzburg, It does not necessarily have the charm of the "Old Town" but it is within walking distance and nicely appointed. The breakfast options were very good for both savoury and sweet.

The freshly prepared options for breakfast eggs could have been broader. I would liked to have seen poached eggs available.

You could walk to many central attractions within 10 - 15 minutes. Really great location. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and the shower was also good. There was a small fridge in the room, as well as coffee. The wifi was fast and reliable. I appreciated that luggage can be stored if needed before check-in. The front staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking on site was fully booked, so we were sent to another lot that was a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Additionally, parking fees are quite expensive. (29€ on site & 21€ off site). The off site parking & fee were not mentioned on booking.com. In the morning while still sleeping, we were woken up to a sharp tap on the door and then our door was immediately opened before I even could answer by the maid. She apologized but she should not have opened the door before giving us a chance to respond. Breakfast was available as well, but again too expensive.

Loved this hotel, fabulous staff, great location, lovely room, a free drink in the bar for not having housekeeping is a brilliant idea! We loved our stay here.
