Kamer te warm aan straat waar het hele nacht enorm lawaaiig was. Dus met raam open kon je niet slapen vanwege lawaai en met raam dicht ook niet want het was dan te warm. Bovendien is dit Novotel gedateerd

chambre pas digne d'un 4* lit moyen pour les adultes et mauvais pour notre enfant. moyen pour retenir l'eau de la douche inopérant ; pas mal d'eau par terre.

"Shockingly run down, unclean rooms, coupled with unfriendly staff"

Shockingly run down, unclean rooms and we had upgraded to executive. Goodness knows what the standard rooms were like. Pictures on Novotel website show beer in the complementary fridge included with the executive room. We did not receive this even after asking at reception. Only black tea or coffee in room, unless you make a trip down to the bar. We were both in our nightwear, so very inconvenient. Staff unwelcoming and unhelpful. Clearly did not want to be there. Unfortunately it was my partners birthday, hence booking a more expensive room. Luckily we were only staying for one night. I think the photos speak for themselves regarding the executive room experience.
