- le fait que j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel pour savoir s'il y avait un parking sécurisé, qu'on m'ait répondu par l'affirmative et découvrir une fois sur place que la porte du garage était en panne depuis plusieurs jours, donc ouvert à tous vents toute la journée, - la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous étions en pleine période de forte chaleur, - la forte odeur de cigarette dans le couloir, - le monsieur le matin de notre départ qui ne dit pas bonjour
