Ibis Budget Reims Parc Des Expositions

The Receptionist was very polite and told me everything I needed to know. The food on offer at the adjacent Mercure hotel was so-so but service was quick. The room was a little scruffy (paintwork scuffed and bathroom in need of a deep clean due to scum and mould at the bottom of the shower). The bed had a nasty synthetic mattress protector which made for a sweaty night's sleep but was otherwise okay. The TV in the room was enormous and had a good range of French TV channels. The breakfast was fine but a fresh fruit salad rather than a processed one would have been better. Overall I would say that this hotel offered good value as a stopover hotel either to/from Calais en route to the South of France.

No frills, room was clean, staff were lovely and friendly. Have stayed twice now and would 100% recommend if in a road trip and just need a bed for the night! Will be staying again!

The property was very dirty even the nails of somebody was there which suggests that no cleaning was done. Very bad smell in the room and too much dust.

Small room for 3 people but very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Chambre vraiment fonctionnelle pour un séjour d'une nuit parfait petit déjeuner complet petit bémol pas beaucoup de place au heures influence. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Wir sind erst spät mit Kind angereist und haben uns auf darauf gefreut uns endlich auszuruhen. Leider roch es im Zimmer sehr stark nach Rauch. Im Badezimmer nach Urin. Das Fenster war so verdreckt von Fingerabdrücken und verschmierten das man es gar nicht berühren wollte. Der kleine Beistelltisch war mit klebrigen Resten versehen. Auf dem Kissen befanden sich Haare vom Vorgänger. Am Boden lag ein Zahnstocher, an der Tür waren fettige Fingerabdrücke. Es war sehr schade solch ein Erlebnis zu haben.

J’ai dormi dans beaucoup d’ibis budget, celui là est le meilleur et de loin.
