Bel hotel attention 3 hotel Ibis a la suite Le rouge, le Style et le Budget. Une piscine agreable, un baby-foot (enplus gratos) etc... Un personnel bar resto tres sympa.

Lift.didnt work, no speaking english staff, no milk!! No kettle, breakfast was very basic. Very noisy couldnt sleep kids running everywhere

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre nuit étape. Le personnel était très accueillant. Très adapté pour les enfants en bas âge ( chaise haute et rehausseur dans la salle de restaurant, espace de jeux très sympa avec de la place pour gambader par temps de pluie, petite attention pour les petits à l'arrivée...) L'espace extérieur avait l'air plutôt agréable mais la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter. Très bon moment passé à Tours.

"Disappointing. "

Poor for the price, lots of maintenance issues. Cold room, problems with electrics, wall light coming off the wall, socket covers coming off, generally tired decor. Free hot drinks impossible to use because just a kettle with no water supply to fill it and only loose leaf tea with no strainer. Breakfast ok, not great. On the plus side friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Tout était parfait depuis notre arrivé jusqu’au départ. La chambre était parfaite, la douche, le hall avec plein de jeux pour petits et grand, le buffet petit déjeuner incroyable et le personnel super agréable. Ça fait vraiment plaisir. Allez y sans regret !!

"Gros soucis de propreté. CF photos"

Nous n'avons pas été déçu de l'accueil et du restaurant (diner et petit déjeuner). En revanche, il faudrait revoir la propreté comme vous pouvez le constater sur les photos. C'est horrible ... On dirait que le ménage n'a pas été fait depuis des mois, c'est inadmissible pour un hôtel et encore plus pour le prix payé et la situation de celui-ci. Nous avons bien évidemment remonté ce litige mais aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. Je doute que le nécessaire a été fait ... Plus jamais nous irons dans cet hôtel. Dans une zone industrielle et chambre sale voilà ce que nous retenons.
