L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top. Proche de tout. Le personnel est très avenant, souriant et à l'écoute. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant. Nous avons bien mangé. Les petits déjeuner sont très bien garnis.

La propreté dans la salle de bain. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux au sol. Les joints du carrelage dans la salle de bain chambre 228 ont besoin d'être brossés et mettre de l'antical sur les robinets pour les raviver.

Près du parc Charruyer au calme absolu. Un parking gratuit et sécurisé permet de déposer la voiture et visiter à pied la Rochelle. Le centre ville est tout proche. . La chambre est très confortable, très bonne literie. Le plateau bouilloire et le mini bar sont bienvenus. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est accueillant et joliment décoré. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. Nous avions eu un petit problème avec la télé, l'employée est venue très rapidement nous dépanner.

L. Hôtel n'est pas forcément facile à trouver surtout avec la circulation dense et compliquée de La Rochelle. MAIS deux jours avant notre arrivée l'hôtel a envoyé un mail nous expliquant le meilleur itinéraire d'accès, en nous conseillant d'utiliser le GPS Waze qui est le plus approprié pour le guidage. Nous avons suivi leurs conseils et en effet nous sommes arrivés très facilement.

Le petit déjeuner très variés et très bon Parking très grand et gratuit À proximité du centre ville La piscine etait agréable

Chambre un peu petite et pas de pression dans la baignoire (compliqué pour se rincer )
