La propreté, la disponibilité du personnel et son amabilité.

L’emplacement qui est loin d’être dans le centre ville et encore moins de la gare, donc pourquoi le nommer Novotel Centre ville ? Il n’y a rien dans la salle de bains qui permet de poser un vêtement. Enfin la télécommande de la télé est aberrante, il faut aller à l’accueil demander des explications alors qu’il suffirait de préciser le mode d’emploi !
