Location was ideal! Room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff were very good. Very good buffet breakfast.

No bellman to assist with luggage into hotel or to room.

"Fantastic staff , perfect location."

The single biggest fallout from our stay was the exceptional greeting we received from the receptionist . She was friendly and welcoming and just instantly made us feel at home even though we were only there for a one night stay . The location of this hotel is also just perfect - our transport needs for the stay were trains to and from Hamden and buses to and from the airport and they were both accessible to us within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Another highlight was an amazing cooked breakfast to set us up for the day ahead . All in all a great hotel in a great location with really friendly and helpful staff - we will definitely stay there again if we are back in Glasgow!
