The hotel looked great, staff were amazing, location was perfect. We decided to stay an extra night, and that process was so smooth and simple. Would 10/10 recommend and come back.

My only complaint was I didn't enjoy the breakfast very much. There were not enough options and unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the items that were there.

The room was nice the bed was okay , I like that the room was clean

So we got to the hotel around 11:30 am the young lady at the front desk said the room isn't ready come back in 3 hours we said okay when we got back we didn't know that you have to put down a $25.00 deposit. It didn't say that when I booked the room on booking . Me and husband didn't get any sleep were ready to go home

Location was great. Really close to the mall and other shops and restaurants.

At checkin I prepaid for my room but my card was authorized again for the 1 night and 3x for incidentals. Almost $400 on hold. After checkin we left to grab a bite and returned to roaches roaming the kitchen. Went downstairs to tell night auditor/front desk and the agent blamed everyone except her. Telling me she wished she called out. I asked to be walked to another sister hotel and wasn't offered. I was told they can authorized a refund but that's it. No assistance with finding another hotel. And in order to get the refund I needed to call back when the manager works. While I was downstairs waiting for resolution for my problem there were several guests also experiencing issues if someone mysterious was staying in their room and now they too needed a room and another guests tried to check in but the hotel dropped her reservation and issued a refund...all of which she didn't authorize.
