Fairfield Inn Rochester Airport

Location, the staff and breakfast.

room was unkempt, bathroom was dirty and not cleaned properly.

I gave an unhappy face for the parking because someone scraped our car while we were parked.

Staff were great location was great

Loved the bed, the genuine enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the front desk staff, and the coffee.

If you are flying, it is very convenient.

If you are not flying it’s a little confusing to find since you have to actually enter the airport.

I’ve stayed here several times. The staff are always so lovely and friendly, which is reassuring before or after a long day of flying out of ROC. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, and if you have too much luggage to walk across the street to the airport, there is a free shuttle available (just ask the desk).

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy.
