Good location in the hotel was very nice and clean

At the moment you cannot get to the pool unless you walk outside barefoot on freezing pavement there's construction going

I already paid for the rooms on Booking.com When I got to the Hotel they held another charge on card. That’s the money I’m supposed to use to eat. Also I paid for 5 breakfast and was only allowed 4
