Very close by to all the communities and was a very comfortable sleep and nice bed

Very outdated plug, sockets etc. Plug in bathroom was broken, The room seemed very dated. One of the windows wouldn't open, The rooms were very outdated compared to the foyer which was excellent

"Excellent Afternoon Tea"

We had afternoon tea at the Novotel Broad Street Birmingham which was probably the best I have had and I have had many. The food was so fresh and the ambience was perfect. Exceptional service was by Juliet who was so attentive and just amazing. An absolute perfect afternoon

Good room Good breakfast Great staff

TV wasn’t working; staff did come efficiently to fix. Then the hair dryer was smoking and stopped working. Again; we reported it and house keeping brought a replacement within 10 mins.

We arrived after 8pm so It was nice to have the bar and meal service available. Staff very polite. The lock up garage was also a bonus.
