"Very unpleasant experience at start but got a bit better at the end."

Security and placement of location to transportation. It's very central and I could connect to my locations easily.

The reception was poor at the start. The team spirit wasnt there in the heart of the receptionist. He needs to own the business since his pay check comes from same. I could see that training need for customer management. The room was just too small and it took the record of being the worst hotel room I've slept in my whole life. I wanted a change but they made it difficult to do so after payment was made. I chose to stay because my mobility was costly. If I had driven there, i would have left immediately.
