"I would not have stayed at the hotel if my family was with me."

The staff was polite.

The room was in a state of disrepair and wasn’t cleaned well prior to my stay. The room had an unpleasant odor. The carpet had something that looked like vomit spilled on it that wasn’t cleaned along with other stains in three areas. The metal towel bar was detached from the wall and placed against the wall beside the toilet. The sink did not drain and there was very little pressure. There was hair all over the tile floor that was also cracked. The shower body wash was dispenser was empty. The door could not be secured with the latch swing bar because the key card reader was installed where the mounting plate should be. The latch should’ve been moved higher on the door frame above the card reader.
